Incredible food and the most courteous, kind, and friendly staff. In the middle of a typhoon, Ken-San and the staff hailed two taxis, explained the directions to the driver, and waved goodbye with smiles. Hope to be back soon!!

Arrived at 6. Restaurant half empty and tienes away. We instisted because we are hungry and there is no tske out option. Insistes again (really stsrving) and agree to serve us food but we have to leave before 7

Best spaghetti scampi I have ever had, succulent huge prawns and the sauce was so good I could have licked it off the plates. And the dessert was absolutely amazing...made with white peaches from a local prefecture and honey ice cream on a bed of delicious agar! It's really hard to describe but it was such a memorable dessert. I had excellent service even without a reservation...the waiters were so polite, spoke good enough English (and even apologize for their "bad" English even though I should be the one to apologize since I'm in their country and cannot speak a word of Japanese). I cannot say why others had bad experiences with service. The price was reasonable. My wife and I shared a pizza, a pasta, a dessert and a glass of wine for 6700 yen altogether.

The worst service we ever had in a restaurant. We got there around 6pm to have dinner and the restaurant was empty and we were told that all the tables were reserved and we had to sit at the bar, so we decided to do it because we were really hungry, so we ordered pizza and the whole time we were eating the restaurant staff was behind the bar right in front of us, how uncomfortable was this... and on top of it the whole time we were there, the restaurant was empty even when we left was nobody there, so can somebody explain to us why we couldn't sit on a table and eat like normal people.
The food was OK... very overpriced and the experience was so horrible that it doesn't really matter how the food was. If you want to eat in a nice Italian restaurant go around the corner in the Hyatt Regency were the service is impecable.
