Duo Kobe is an underground shopping mall that runs between the Hankyu Kosokukobe Station and JR Kobe station. I didn't find a lot that interested me - mostly women's clothing, a few cafes, a drug store, and the like. Nothing really stand-out, to me.
It was nice to stay out of the heat of the day, though.
