Only stayed overnight. The hotel's water system broke down in the morning. We weren't able to use the shower and drink tap water. To compensate, hotel staff gave ¥1000 discount coupon which can be used in accredited local Kobe City stores.
The hotel doesn't have romaji or English sign so it is difficult to find at night by foreign tourists visiting Kobe for the first time.

Nice peaceful area and very nearby train station. All kinds of amenities are easily accessible. Room is kind of small.
