Five stars to my highly-skilled and fantastic surgeon and also to my physiotherapist who had some of the best natural talent I've ever experienced in years in rehabilitation. The building is well-maintained and is also very clean. I've never waited more than five minutes for an x-ray, a first in Japan. There's also a new coffee bar on the first floor, which is nice, and a large 7-Eleven opposite.
Zero stars to the admin staff and a small number of the nursing staff. The admin staff move at a glacial pace, seem incapable of making simple decisions, are inefficient and easily confused. Frustrating every time we visit.
Also of note: everything is comparatively expensive, especially minor admin requests such as medical certificates and CD-ROMs of x-rays. The location is pretty dire, with very poor air quality from the plants to the east.
If you ever break your pelvis though, it's worth braving the above as I was up on my feet and walking in just a couple of months. Excellent surgeon!
