Finally a vegan friendly stop in Hiroshima. This shabu shabu is on 2nd floor. We had no wait but arrived shortly after they opened at 5pm. Leaving at 7pm it was more busy but there was no wait. Food is prepared by you at your table in a hot pot. We chose all vegetarian including, various mushrooms, spinach, onion, cabbage, lettuce, bean sprouts, mochi, noodles, rice, etc. Dessert was green matcha sherbert. Good food. Quick friendly service. All you can eat dinner for three was over 7,000 jpy. I left satisfied and will look forward to going back to this restaurant on a cold night this winter.
