Amazing location, right next to the northern exit and taxi rank at the station. Room was huge, so clean and so well done. Felt very modern and fresh. View from the room was amazing. You can see the whole of Hiroshima and the surrounding mountains. Breakfast buffet was really nice. Staff were really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel.

Location cannot be better, it's right next to north exit of JR Hiroshima station (shinkansen trains and local tramway).
Service is exactly what you would expect from a Sheraton.
Spacious and very quiet room.
Staff was smiling and very helpful.
We really enjoyed our night there.

Very nice hotel. Friendly staff from the moment we arrived. The hotel is next to the Hiroshima station. The tourist information office is there to provide all the help we needed. The hotel is in a great location.

Easily the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was spacious, hard to find in Japan. The AC was superb. The staff were very inviting, even showing us all the way to the elevator. I will only stay here whenever I am in Hiroshima.

The Grand Sheraton in Hiroshima was one of the most pleasant hotels I have ever visited. I felt as though I walked into a place where I was considered for who I am instead of a dollar sign or room number. For example, I told the front desk that I was visiting for my honeymoon and a few hours later I was delivered chocolate (which were very good) to my room from the General Manager. The whole experience was a joy and I will never forget the incredible service provided. Ask for Mr. Kupannkone when checking in. He is incredible!
