Fantastic public bath. Lots of facilities and many different types of baths that I haven't seen in other bath houses. 2 different areas with different features which they alternate each day being for men 1 day and women the next day. Highly recommended.

Big and famous hot spring, although location is kind of away from city center. Don't forget to bring your own towels, or you need to spend 330 yen to rent because they don't offer that for free.

There were too many people for my liking when we went on a Saturday afternoon. That said, I enjoyed the variety of baths, both indoor and outdoor (rotenburo), jacuzzi type baths and a cold bath. I'd give it three stars taking into account the 720 yen entry fee.

Considering its spec, the fee is inexpensive.
Skin scrubbing performance is excellent.
I recommend this place rather than other similar spas in Fukuoka city.

The place is usually a little too packed for my comfort, but it's a very complete place for a bath house / onsen.
The jet baths are hardcore; they have about 8 different jets/jacuzzis you can try. They also have a steam bath, sauna, cold bath, salt bath, showers, a smoking room, restaurant, and relaxation rooms.
