ブランド鶏「華味鳥」の専門店だそうです。
流石、自社ブランド専門店だけあって華味鳥に合うように調整された水炊きはとても美味しかったです。
美味しさも然ることながら、鶏肉自体の色が綺麗なピンク色で見た目からも満足感が得られる良いお店でした。

I really enjoyed my mizutaki lunch set here. Chicken liver for lunch, yes please. 1500¥ was a great price for the quality of the food. Yum.
