No stars! Customer service is terrible. I paid for insurance for one year and it took me months to get a claim sorted out and even longer to get my policy. I ended up having to pay thousands of dollars for a ticket and my vehicle was towed all because I couldn't renew my registration without the updated policy I cover note. Don't go to citadel!!! They do not value their customers
