Good business hotel. Everything is just fine. Not exepional but fine. For Italian standards the coffee is bad though.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is also a bus stop right outside that leads directly to the town centre. From the outside the hotel looks a bit uninviting, but on the inside it is much tidier in the lobby and the rooms are well presented. The rooms were also a decent size. There is no tea or coffee making facility, at least in the rooms we stayed in. The outer sheet was also quite poor quality and felt very old. There was also a hair in the bed, which suggested to me that it may not have been cleaned properly, but I was too tired at that point to say anything to the staff. In their defence, it could just have been the cleaner leaving a hair behind, but I have never had that in a hotel before. In the morning, breakfast was decent, and complimentary. There was a reasonable variety and plenty of space in a nice open room.

If you come to visit the Arena, it's a good deal. Bus stops are in front of the hotel, there are a number of night buses as well. There's a shuttle from the hotel advertised, but we didn't take it. I would not walk from the hotel to the old center - the area where you walk seemed quite deserted and industrial. Room quality - needs slight refurbishing. We were staying at the first floor and the hot water took like 10 min to arrive once you open the tap. Breakfast is fine. People at the reception were kind and welcoming, spoke good English.

Comfortable rooms in a strategic business position near Fiera di Verona. Quiet hotel, ideal to rest with a various breakfast that proposes also alternatives of gluten free food.
