A beautiful hotel located in a quiet area of the island. The hotel has a bar and restaurant, lovely accommodation, a conservatory and a private garden, with views our over to the island of Murano.
You can walk to Marks Square from the hotel in around half an hour, and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.
The location of this hotel is ideal because it's away from the main tourist areas, so it's a lot quieter.

Excellent service/services. Great room and bed. The location is close to the train station but away from the heavy tourist area.

The hotel was absolutely a wonderful treat. The view I had from my balcony was breathe taking. The staff was lovely and very helpful. Champagne was sitting on the coffee table which was an EXCELLENT gesture. I had a great experience.

This is not a five-star hotel in appearance/facilities nor service. Cute neighborhood that's not flooded with tourists. The hotel's common spaces are lovely and charming. The restaurant is wonderful in both cuisine and atmosphere. The rooms are dated and not well-maintained (peeling wallpaper, clogged shower, missing fixture pieces, etc.); they really need a facelift. We are in a "panorama view" room and it's really just a very small/cramped room with a window looking out onto the small canal; nothing special, and it's a bit uncomfortable with two people. The customer service is hit or miss (good in the restaurant, okay in the hotel). Overall, we could have picked a nicer hotel with better service for less money.
