Good breakfast buffet. Rooms are on the smaller size. Good service from staff. Great location, right next to the water bus which is handy for an early morning flight as water buses run 24hrs

I am currently staying at this hotel and have been a guest for less than 6 hours and can guarantee I will never be back. At check in, I asked the front desk for change so I could pay the taxi, they sent me to the bar next door instead. Apparently there is a hotel policy that you have to drop your keys off every time you leave the hotel and show your passport to pick them up at night. No one told us that at check in. When we returned after an evening put, the night manager accused us of stealing a key. Luckily, we had our passports on us. When he saw we were guests, he (Gabriella) refused to apologize or put me in contact with another manager. I have never been so insulted by a rude hotel staff and the policy of waiting to check and pick up keys each time you leave and enter is absurd! Do not waste your time with this hotel!!

Very friendly staff, amazing location. Rooms are dated (might be going for a traditional elegant look) but comfortable. Two single beds on lieu of a double. May be slightly too highly classed, 3.5 more likely. Breakfast was uninspiring. High level of cleanliness. We were in a tucked away room without a view, but was quiet considering its proximity to one of the largest tourist spots in the city.

Great hotel and site. Near water Buses, water taxis and gondolas. Next to the amazing alley ways of shops and cafes and churches. Always remember that Venice is for walking and going up and down steps.

Great location near ferry station and attractions . It was a family trip to Venice. We have booked a suite and one regular room for 3 nights and the suite room space , furniture and view were excellent. You may note that ironing is not available in the room and can be served by extra charge. Otherwise , it was great staying .
