If anyone is looking for a great deal on hotels you can check it out on HotelRaven. com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around...
Small rooms, but very nicely decorated. Beautiful garden in the center of the hotel and located right on a canal. Location was convenient to train station, but a little out of the way from the main sites. Breakfast was very good for only 5€. Service was excellent. Added bonus was that a mosquito repellent was provided to each room. Would definitely recommend to other travelers.

The location was great with easy access from the road and train station. The service was really good with very friendly staff. Breakfast was adequate but not elaborate. The rooms where clean and quaint. the only real complaint I had was the beds where a bit hard. not unbearable but definitely harder than I like.

Fantastic Hotel. Lovely garden. Helpful, polite, accommodating staff. They provided excellent suggestions for dinner. Super convienent location. When getting lost in Venice (and you will) it's nice to know you're hotel is close to the train and bus station. Room was large and bathroom was like new.

So obviously one can't drive in Venice. So they have a parking garage near the entrance. This hotel was very close to the parking garage which was awesome because we had a lot of bags (I like to be very prepared for anything). They had a beautiful little garden and the rooms were a fair price. They also had a good nearby restaurant downstairs which we used for when their restaurant was closed.
