The hotel was nice and clean, the position very good, so the view from the room, the staff was good, only problem cannot do a proper shower as it was too low to stand up and shower

This was administratively linked to the B&B we used. They were very nice, hotel looked great. They allowed us breakfast as we had minor issues with the front door of our place the night before. Good English spoken.

Amazing hotel! When coming in, the cool air hits you, you see how beautiful it is, and that combined with low prices? After having a rough night at a different hotel decided to try hotel dell'opera and wow! Best decision ever. An amazing hotel and would recommend it to anyone! Also the best service I have ever received at a hotel.

Very good hotel. Would definitely stay here again. Very close the St Marks Square but away from the hustle and bustle at the same time. Very attentive and informative staff, great honesty bar on the (very small) roof terrace. This hotel has a water front entrance if you want to take a private water taxi from the airport straight to the hotel for convenience (that's what we did). Got a room upgrade and it was very spacious. Breakfast was good but get in there early (before 8-9am) otherwise you tend to get "rushed" out to make way for other guests to eat. Overall a great place.
