Was staying here last week for 4 days, to be fair the hotel was nice and clean. Restaurant /breakfast areas were immaculate. Breakfast was as expected "continental" covering everyone"s choices. However I"d advise a well known brand of "cornflakes" (Kelloggs) as what they serve their guests was like a piece of cardboard to eat and bland. Staff were very helpful especially the female members. Only downpoint of the stay was the decoration within the hotel, its seriously in need of a refurbishment. The room (301) is a bit shabby , wallpaper torn and scuffed, and furniture chipped . Also the shower door was "hanging"off one of its runners. All in all we had a nice stay.

Rooms a little on the smaller side but all in all a good hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurant was ok food wise, the view on the canal was great.

Fantastic location close to station and water bus stops. Canal view room worth every penny, we were lucky to have a small balcony too!! Lovely breakfast and you can eat at overlooking the grand canal ( watch out for the pigeons though).

Great coffee served at the restaurant of this hotel. You can have a seating nearby the canal. Sometimes they are very busy with their customers so they may not accept the outside customers. It would be nice to kindly demand for a service.
