From the moment we stepped into the hotel we were welcomed with open arms. The customer service was amazing - nothing was too hard for your team and I must simply highly commend Marcello in going above and beyond to assist me with an urgent matter. Nothing was too difficult and very request was handled with a ready smile. The lovely lady (her name escapes me) in the H&K bar was also very helpful and accommodating. It was an absolute pleasure to be welcomed at Hotel All'Angelo and we will ensure that we stay again on our next visit to Venice. Please pass on our gratitude to your team.

Very pleasant stay for our few days in Venice. The hotel staff were very helpful, friendly and polite at all times. We used the H K bar in the evenings which was always relaxing with a well stocked bar. My only issue was with not being able to have a hot beverage before departing by water taxi at 03.00 !

The hotel location was ideal to so many things to do! Yet out of the busy area to get a quiet feel for this amazing city! We enjoyed the small canal view and the happy hour as well in the wine bar. Thanks for giving us memories we will never forget!

The staff at the front desk provide good service and responded our needs quickly. One afternoon, I had vomited (because of "sea sickness" after a day of going around in the boat) in the wash basin and blocked it. The front desk staff had quickly organised the basin to be fixed and cleaned! The breakfast is good and has fresh fruits and juices. The location of the hotel is within a couple of minutes to San Marco, public boats and Gondola rides.
I would have given "VERY GOOD" score if it provides tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Staff was very nice. Location was great. Accommodations were acceptable. We would stay again. Two things that I would say, though. First, maintenance seems to be very secondary. Examples? Many of the ceilings inside and outside the rooms are stained and in rough condition. The chandelier over the main stairway (which I never actually saw on) is filthy - years of dirt and dust hanging off of it. Finally, for someone staying several days as we did, it would be nice to change up the breakfast a bit. It was identical every day and who thinks powdered eggs are a good idea?
