A very welcoming hotel, staff were all very well presented and very polite, they were very attentive too. Hotel very clean and well presented also. Would highly recommend it.

Great hotel in a quiet location in Venice away from the hustle and bustle, but still only a 10 minute walk from the centre/local restaurants etc. Definitely recommended. Superb service.

In a serene neighbourhood just minutes away from the hubbub of the commercial areas and a fifteen minute walk from Piazza San Marco ( if you don't get lost! ).
Hotel staff are welcoming and speak excellent English. They were very helpful with restaurant recommendations, making reservations and arranging a water taxi to the airport.
The rooms are clean and comfortable with a distinctive Ottoman flair.... canopy bed, heavy drapery and "turkish" rugs on a terrazzo floor. Bed linens are crisp and the mattress comfortable. Pillows were not to my liking but I am accustomed to down , so it is a personal preference.
A few tables were out front where a drink could be had. I believe light meals were also served.
The breakfast included hot and cold items . A little something for all tastes in a pleasant atmosphere.
We thoroughly enjoyed our two night stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Great 4 star hotel. The receptionist was very nice and allowed us to store our luggages before and after our check out so we could walk around Venice without worry. The room upgrade was a plus. The rooms are spacious with unique oriental decorations. The bathrooms large and clean. Breakfast had a huge selection of pastries, fruits, and meats. Location was great, and far away from the main road and noise. Highly recommend. Easy 15 minutes walk to from the main train station.
