It's a beautiful place, but really expensive for what it is. The portions are not very generous but the food is good. If you want to feel the atmosphere of history, you got it!

Best dinner near Rialto! We enjoyed an exquisite beef tartar prepared in front of us to start followed by black truffle ravioli and tagliatelle. Let me also say the tiramisu was a great way to end the meal. The terrace provides space between tables and is ideal if you are looking for a quaint dinner. The service team was quick to bring out dinner and made a perfect wine pairing suggestion.

If I can mark it as 0 star I would. PLEASE don't eat here. This whole restaurant felt like a scam and it's a disgrace that tourists are treated like this. I have been touring London, Paris, Rome and Venice on this trip with Venice being our last stop. The food is incredibly overpriced compared to the quality and conspicuous tourist aiming money "robbery". The table charges 5 euro for seating fee per head and a small bottle of water sells for 6 euros. The portion of 2nd course of dinner is so small even my kids felt hungry after eating. I ordered Kings Prawn Salad with melon (24 euro) which came out to be 5 small shrimps which you can buy from any superMarket for less than 1 euro. When I complained to the manager, the guy in charge even responded " Welcome to Italy!". So shameless. You have been warned.

The staff here are incredibly rude. When we first sat down we weren't even acknowledged for a good 15mins, despite there being only two other couples at the cafe. I tried to find where their toilet was and asked two different male staff members who looked at me after I asked and then completely ignored me. Complete arrogance.
When we were finally served, the waitress spilled an entire beer on my partner and whilst she was embarrassed about it, she didn't actually say sorry once. She said she 'messed up because it was hot'.
So we were moved to a nearby table and sat there with glass all around our feet with my partner soaking wet with beer while she proceeded to take 10 mins to clean the other table (which was fine but my partner had to actually ask for a paper towel to dry himself while she was doing this).
We finally got our beers which weren't particularly cold and the waitress then had the audacity to scold us about feeding the pigeons when it was actually left over crisps on the floor from her spilling the damn tray on us.
And we still paid full price for the drinks, even though we walked away soaking wet in beer. What a joke.

Delicious vegetarian and vegans options. Some of the best food I had in Italy. Was a bit expensive, was most definitely worth the price. Look out for the 10 euro per person cover charge.
