Breakfast is nice and the staff are very pleasant. Rooms are OK but beds leave a lot to be desired. They have a burn stack in the courtyard or something like that so it smells of smoke for a few hours during the midday. Smoking smells seem to seep from room to room. The inner rooms don't have balconies but the outer ones so, unless you get one of the extra cost upgraded nice rooms. Could be nicer with some administrative changes (ban smoking, etc...).

The staff was the worst I ever met. We were eaven called liars when asking why we didn't have access to the garage that we pre-ordered. Stay away.

Good location and great price. We stayed for an event we had at the Murazzi del Po. I usually walked there and it only took 15 minutes. The hotel staff are accomodating and there were some interesting groups here like the Cuban Ballet. However be warned that if you go towards the train station you will see people fighting and may attempt to rob you. Stay away from that side.

The hotel concord was ok overall. Clean and in a good location. Breakfast spread was also ok. Beds are a little old and pillows cardboard thin. Overall a serviceable stay
