Wonderful and very kind and helpful staff. Lovely gardens for breakfast (which is provided at no charge). Excellent coffee!!!! Room was very clean and tidy and spacious. Perfect view of the entire old town area. Walk to old town is just a couple blocks, and very convenient and safe. Short taxi ride to train station, cost 8 Euros. 5 min walk to bus station. Was very nice to sleep in this quiet neighborhood, as old town is quite lively after dark. Staff was highly fluent in English and ready to happily help us with anything we asked for.

I stayed at this basic hotel while attending the Palio and it was great value for the money. The rooms are very basic but the staff are friendly and the breakfast coffee was excellent! Its located an enjoyable 15 minute walk to Piazza del Campo.

They said we had a room with just a partial view but it was breathtaking. The woman who checked is in was amazingly helpful, from marking on a map how to get to town as well as a few favorite restaurants, to carrying our bags to our room, to making a last - minute dinner reservation on a Friday night. Wish we stayed more than just one night.

Good location. 15 mins walk to main Piazza Campo. Great service. Rooms are nice though easy to hear running water and walking throughout building, if you are a light sleeper. WiFi is OK, slow speed can make it a trouble to use.
