I took the taxi twice today to bring my cat to the vet for an emergency visit. The first driver was sweet and didn't mind my cat was meowing a lot in his crate. Also I didn't have to pay extra for his mistake in driving past the clinic. As for the second driver (he loves cats!), he gave me a discounted price, since we were stuck in traffic for so long due to construction. I loved their consideration and their promptness. They picked me up with 5 minutes in both place. Thank you so much 4390!

Ordered 1 taxi for 5 . Arrived 2 taxi and 1 refuse to collect from other location . We went in 1 taxi 3 people and 5 luggages. Toke 20 minutes and paid 32euro.

I am reading some bad reviews and am shocked. We have used this company for several years for rides to Florence. They are always early to pick us up they are very helpful loading our luggage and very polite drivers. their operations center 0554390 is always very fast and efficient. Try it!

Excellent service from the driver Berna 29.
She came on time to take us to the airport. She was very kind and friendly and helped us with the suitcases. Very credible and charged us the standard price although she could ask for more as we told on that we paid more on our way from the airport. She was kind enough to tell us about the attractive towns in the Tuscany area. We fully recommend her service and the company service.
