Small hotel located near the central market full of great food and street vendors. Near the train station, so very convenient as well. The rooms were a bit small, not as clean as I would have liked. Looks like they have air conditioner, I didn't use it since it was fall. The bathroom shower had issues keeping the water inside, leaving the floor wet. The hotel breakfast has a decent selection of pastries, hot buffet, and dairy. Overall, nice place to stay.

Amazing staff services, all you can eat breakfast and their location is close to the Firenze S.M.N station..
We had a computer at our rooms, really helpful to backups all photos during our trips.. Thanks a lot! Really recommend it.. :)

Very central location in Florence and it would be a fine hotel if the walls weren't SO thin. I can CLEARLY hear people in the next rooms bathroom which is not what you want right next to your bed! Only a 2 night stay but I would not be comfortable here longer. Warning that the room safe is tiny so an iPad/tablet/laptop won't fit in.

Amazing service and location, not a healthy breakfast. A lot of sugar. The ac was not working in our room, but it compensate for the friendly staff!
