Typical case of a tourist ripoff... Good / average food, barely acceptable service and very high price for what you get. Small plate of pasta 18€... 3€ tableware charge per person. I will not come back for sure.

DISAPPOINTING....
What a tragedy to be right in the heart of Sanremo, order lasagna and be that disappointed. First problem: We ordered an appetizer and when it came out and we started dishing up, there was a pubic hair in the food. Anyone with half a brain can see what that is. When we called the waitress over, rather than apologize, she wanted to argue with us that it was not a hair, but rather a piece of lint. Which, I'm sorry, if it wasn't so gross, that would be a funny statement to make. It was clearly a hair, and both of us were appalled and also upset that she wanted to argue instead of apologize for the inconvenience.
When she brought out the appetizer a second-time, it was hair-free and DELICIOUS. This was absolutely the best thing we ordered and ate while we were there. It was a salmon/potato spread with bread on the side, and it was delicious.
The entrees were seafood pasta, and lasagna. My lasagna was a serious disappointment. I think Stouffer's lasagna is actually 10x better than this "imitation" that they masqueraded as the real thing.
The desserts were average, a chocolate mousse and Tiramisu. The Tiramisu was definitely not the best I've ever had.
The wine we had was cheap-o, and one way to tell is when they bring out in a beaker.
To add insult to injury the bill was outrageously high - more than 83 euro at the end. The waitress was much nicer as the meal went on, and so for that she redeemed herself.
The atmosphere was relatively nice but for some place so touristy it's always disappointing how poor the food inevitably is at these places. I would definitely recommend going some place else instead of this restaurant.
