Can’t say enough about the staff and management. I am a platinum member of Starwood and Marriott and I just wanted a little something extra for my 5th anniversary. The service was over the top from the front desk to the management. The hotel is so convienently located to enjoy all Rome has to offer. A Great Choice!!!

Awesome hotel with great service. The breakfast buffet was amazing with fresh pastries, Western style eggs and bacon, and fresh fruit. The rooms were large and clean with comfortable beds. I recommend staying here when you are in Rome.

Beautiful hotel. Our room had a fantastic view and a large terrace, and the beds were extremely comfortable. Staff was always friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again

Beautiful hotel in a good location - about fifteen minutes' walk from the Trevi Fountain. The room decor was quite ornate and regal, which we liked. We also had a small balcony which was a nice touch. Service was efficient and professional.

The staff here is amazing. They're all wonderful people with great knowledge about their city. The friendly demeanor just adds to the quality and sophistication of the entire hotel. Staff gave great recommendations about food and places to go. Although this may sound biased, they were really helpful when I had lost my phone, one of the bell-hops went outside with me and went to the taxi stand area, right outside the hotel. He went car-to-car with me, down the entire block, helping me ask if anyone had found a phone in their car.
