A beautiful hotel in a great location. Staff at reception were very efficient and friendly. We had a stunning spacious room in the old wooden part of the building which we loved because of its character. Breakfast was superb, so much choice. Would highly recommend staying here.

10 minutes walking distance from the termini. Very spacious room. Staff are friendly and helpful. Really good selection of food for breakfast. Will stay again!

The staff are fun but not that professional and overall the place doesnt seem like a 5 star. Pool is nice but a bit grotty, rooms are pretty nice. Quality of people that stay there seems to be fairly low and it's not really a relaxing sophisticated place to go

Historical and located in an amazing are a. Has a coffee. Located in the heart of to me. It's close to many shops around. Good and amazing service. VERY clean place.

Incredible rooms, service, location, and history. Me and my in laws (the Jones family) stayed here for 2 nights after our cruise. We walked to every major landmark, with the Vatican being the furthest. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, the attendants helped unload the 15 heavy bags right inside and got us a room very quickly even though we were there before check-in. Not only are the rooms spacious, they make you feel like royalty. High ceilings, large mirrors, it was an amazing experience. We hope to come back to Rome and when we do, we will definitely stay here. Thank you for helping making our stay in Rome relaxing!
