The hotel needs urgent restauration. Everything inside the hotel is ruined. Terrace is dirty. Prices in restaurant are too high. The food is average.
The pool is lovely, the nature is magnificient.

It was a little quiet but this was not a bad thing.
Prices at the bar and restaurant were a little high also.
Pool was great and service was also good.
We had a nice stay.

The hotel is far from any public transportation. Although the hotel provides shuttle service to Vatican City, it is very infrequent and not free. Room is small and breakfast is terrible. The hotel restaurant had so-called Chinese food festival when we were there. They charged 10 euro for a small bowl of plain rice, and we paid 30 euro for rice which is usually free in Chinese restaurants anywhere.

Stayed here in Oct 2014. The furnishings are all worn and tired looking. The lifts are very slow to arrive even when only a few patrons are using them. The doors from the staircase to the foyer often jam when trying to open them and the staff person arrogantly insisted it's because I wasn't trying correctly even though he admitted he often has to show patrons how to operate them. Dude, just get them fixed already!
The staff are not outright rude but are not pleasant and seem fed up with the work. Maybe it's because the owners are too tight to pay for obviously needed renovations.

Nice hotel very quiet and very close to everything 20 minutes to any where by car and less than 30 minutes to the airport . Nice swimming pool also
