Worst experience in Italy.

I went to this restuarant because my favourite restuarant was closed. The service was quite alright but the owner is "terrible". The waiter asked me If i wanted appetiser before the main dish and I said "No thank you". The owner who was sitting not far from me and I believe he heard that I refused to have the appetiser so he called the waiter to go to him and they had a little chat. They were speaking italian so I could not understand what they said but the way they talked made me feel like they were fighting. 1 minute later, another waiter came and asked me if I wanted to have any appreticer so I insisted that I just wanted the main dish. Five minute later, the waiter brought me the appetiser. I ate them because I thought they were free. When he collected the dishes, I asked the waiter if I had to pay for the appetiser because I did not order them. His awkward facial expression revealed my assumption that he was forced by the owner to serve the appetiser. The waiter unwillingly said 10 Euro per person for the appetiser which is lower than what some people had reviewed of 15 euro per person charge for the appetiser. He knew that I was not happy about this so he went directly to have a conversation with the owner. They ended up charging me 5 instead of 15 Euro so I was kind of "ok" with it.

Worst restuarant I ever had so far in Italy. Strongly not recommended. 3 star for the staff effort. 2 star for food and 0 for atmosphere and owner attitude.

Strange place and it was empty, so should have known better. Food was over salted, undercooked, and not good at all. They put antipasti on the table, eat any of them and they charge €15/person. Saw some sitting out on other tables for over an hour. Don't seem welcoming to foreign travelers. Stay away.

The food was not bad but we had better meals in Rome for half the price. The real problem was the indifference of the hostess who lacked the people skills to work in a restaurant in a tourist city like Rome. She could not have cared less about us as customers. We could not leave soon enough.
