Beautiful restaurant showcasing traditional and authentic Roman food. Loved that they had the clear glass so you could peak at the ancient amphora vases that makes up 'Monte dei Cocci'. The Calcio e Peppe is a MUST.

One of my favorite restaurants! Very good Roman cuisine in a surprising location at the base of Monte dei Cocci, where you can see fragments of the ancient broken amphorae being displayed inside the restaurant...

I was quite disappointed and wasn't sure why some food bloggers picked this place as one of the must visit restaurants. The taste was ok, rather homey food without much fancy cooking techniques or interesting ingredients.

Great last meal in Rome. We didn't have a reservation but were promptly sat inside where the air conditioning was flowing. We ordered the cacio e pepe and ravioli which were both made with homemade pasta
Both were delicious! Really affordable prices and nice atmosphere.
