Huge place. New equipments. Good music. Lockers a bit small, even the comfort room. No video surveillance so watch out for your personal belongings.

Incredibly bad service! Staff was not very helpful. Then I wrote to mcfit online support three times and they didn't even answer!! Just because I wanted to make the abo but don't have an italian iban. Seriously?! Isn't that a problem that can be solved? Apparently not for mc fit.they rather send people away who are willing to pay rather than welcoming them with a minimal service....

It used to be a very nice gym by being such few perhaps the only German gym in Rome, standing out of the tons chaotic and expensive local gyms, till it got so popular that you now have to queue for every single equipment. I'm just not sure so many people are going there for the German quality (which u certainly can't find it Rome) or just for the cheap membership 20€ monthly.
