UNA Hotel Roma

We stayed at this hotel last year for 6 day's, and we so impressed that we decided to stay at UNA this year again during our trip to Rome. Very convenient location, clean rooms, friendly staff, terrace level is the must, well worth of upgrade, views are amazing!! Highly recommended!!!!

We are enjoying our stay at UNA. Firstly, the staff are very welcoming and accommodating to those English speakers with zero Italian. Next the buffet breakfast was amazing. The service is friendly and brilliant. The food was all the continental and cooked breakfast foods you might expect, but all in Italian style.

The hotel is beautiful and conveniently down the street from the train station. The rooms are all modern and very nicely finished and the washroom was HUGE with amazing water pressure. The only downside to the hotel was that our room had terrible wifi coverage, but we had cell phone plans so it wasn't that big of a deal.

A very beautiful upscale hotel located near Termini Station(public transportation and small indoor shopping mall) , beautiful historic churches, a shopping gallery, a wide variety of restaurants and street vendors. The rooms are clean and fairly large and the beds comfortable, the bathrooms were spacious and the deep bathtub was great for a hot bath also with overhead and hand held shower spouts. Plenty of closet space with a couple of drawers and a safe and mini refrigerator. The front desk staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating , as were the concierge and housekeepers. The free breakfast every morning was amazing with a wide variety of foods to choose from and the staff there also all very friendly and attentive. The Wifi was free and computers are also available for use. . My stay was for 6 nights, it was quiet and I felt very comfortable there. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a comfortable,, atmospheric, elegant place to stay while traveling in Rome.

Rooms were big sized (we had a 3 person room). Beds were firm and toilets were clean and new. Location was fantastic...it was next to Termini station and getting around was easy. It was easy to find food....especially after a long day out trudging the Vatican and walking about the city. Highly recommended.
