The beautiful, charming and classic hotel is in a great location. The staff are welcoming, professional, and friendly! I am impressed with the excellent service and I feel comfortable here. When in Rome next year, I plan to stay again! The amenities range from dependable shuttle service, complimentary breakfast, and a free travel companion cell phone. Keep up that outstanding service & bravo, The Duke Hotel!

THIS HOTEL AND ITS STAFF ARE FIRST CLASS AND NOTHING IS TOO MUCH TROUBLE FOR THEM.. THEY ARE VERY POLITE AND FRIENDLY.. THE ROOMS WERE NICE AND THE SERVICE IN THE RESTAURANT WAS FIRST CLASS ALSO AGAIN NOTHING WAS TOO MUCH TROUBLE THE SHUTTLE SERVICE WORKED VERY WELL AND THE DRIVERS WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL ...I WOULD CERTAINLY STAY HERE AGAIN

Hotel is good. The rooms are spatious and very clean. There is a very good bed and bathroom. Also the air cooling system is good. The breakfast is not so good with old bread and poor coffee.

Great room, service at front desk is also brilliant. Breakfast offered in the morning and shuttle buses to Piazza del Poplo every half an hour. Loved our stay here.
