A little confusing to find but nice facilities. Friendly staff. Checkout at 10AM is too early. Would stay again.

NEVER stay here! Your belongings can easily be stolen from the room when you are out. One carton of Marlboro that I bought from the free shop was STOLEN when I was out! Rooms are not as they look in the photes. This is a third class hotel. Most of the positive feedbacks are from the hotel owners and workers.

Stay away from this hole. My camera has flown from the room. I have read lots of similar complaints like this on the net. Police is not the solution. Lots of theft at this hotel.

Indifferent Hospitality

I stayed at this hotel during a long 12 country wander which included at least 20 hotels. Of all of them all, this was the most disappointing and least comfortable. Especially disappointing was the impolite staff who generally seemed inconvenienced by their guests and were certainly not friendly and welcoming. The room was not ready on time but check out seemed very strictly enforced. They seemed distracted by playing computer games or chatting on the phone rather than attending to guests needs. I can handle a small room if it is well appointed, and this was not. Instead, was absolutely bare minimum and devoid of any charm. The location wasn't particularly convenient but alright. Also, the wi-fi - despite several SSIDs - were lousy.

I realise Rome is an expensive city, but also has loads of accommodations options, I gave this one a try as the management had responded to negative comments saying they had recently taken over and we're working to improve. I suggest they work harder on their hospitality skills and travellers to Rome find somewhere else to stay. Just disappointing.
