One of the most noisiest hotels I've ever stayed in. You can hear people talking and walking outside of your room, the cleaning of the next rooms and the trucks out side of the hotel (at 5 am).
Other than that, the shuttle service to the city center and the gym are great. The know English really well which is a plus in Italy.

Crap hotel, I would ask for service it took 4x to get it. Asked to have clean towels and shampoo every day (because cleaning service didn't leave it). Occasionally I would have a towel but it was wet. After this and other things I asked to speak to a manager or have the managers email. I was met with excuses. The only two staff members who were a pleasure to come in contact with. The young night shift guy and a gentle man from bellman services.
I would have checked out earlier in the week but I was prepaid and there was no recouping my losses.
