Comfortable and convenient. Very good position - close to main tourist sites but not it the heart of the noise and busy-ness, which suited us. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice even if the same each day. Room clean, comfortable bed, and very well serviced by the maid each day. Highly recommend.

My new wife and I stayed here on the last night of our amazing honeymoon, from Charlotte, NC. We only had a room for one night and we had a double occupancy booked but they had a suite available and upgraded us for free which was really cool. The place is definitely old but it was still nice. Wish we could have tried the breakfast but we had to leave at 6 am to catch our flight.

Our room was a little smaller than I'd like and a little dated, but the bed was very comfortable and that is the most important factor. Mini bar prices are very reasonable compared to my other experiences. The breakfast is better than many places I've stayed and the staff are most helpful.

Exactly what we needed for our 5 nights in Rome. We had a suite for 3 people which was perhaps more dated that the rooms on the upper floors. However we had plenty of room.

The WiFi struggled to get to our room and the breakfast room which was disappointing but the other areas seemed OK. You kept on getting disconnected from it so that needs addressing.

Breakfast was typically European but plentiful and varied so no complaints at all from us. The reception staff were generally very helpful and welcoming. Finally, the location is perfect and you can walk to surprisingly many places quite quickly and the Metro is very close for those longer trips.
