Staff totally rude it is not a medical centre as we know them in Australia they are a specialist centre... they really do specialise in rudeness and ignorance on the phone

Ho fissato telefonicamente un appuntamento presso la loro sede. Il giorno indicato, all'ora stabilita, mi reco e mi informano che in realtà l'esame è da fare ad un altro centro (via Prati)!!! E nessuno mi ha avvisato il giorno della prenotazione...
