Não alugue com eles, pois farão você pagar por um seguro desnecessario e abusivo, além disso provavelmente não terá o carro previamente escolhido !
E prepare-se você será muito mal tratado!

He reservado un coche con enterprise/alamo en Roma, tamaño clio o similar, es decir gama media y después de una hora entre esperas y desplazamientos, me dan un lancia epsilon, es decir gama baja, ante mi reclamación, me contestan que es "similar" a clio. Un timo.

Rude and incompetent staff ! We booked a medium-sized car, because we had 3 big luggages to put in the trunk, but when we arrived, there were only smaller cars... Because we were under 25 years old, they didn't wanted to upgrade us to a bigger car... Also we booked the car with a rate that was including a basic insurance, because we already had the full coverage with our credit card company, but they didn't let us have the car if we didn't took a additionnal insurance with them... after almost 2 hours wait, we finally had a car all scratch and dirty...

Book a car with Expedia, on the day to pick the car the staff refused to give it because we did not have a passport with us. I checked the website and we just need valid licence and credit card.
