Probably the worst taxi company ever..
If I had a flight connection i would have lost it 100%.
Phone service pour.. they connect u to an automatic system that hangs up after few min as they do not find a taxi..
Hard to believed..
I have been waiting for more than 2h and now going by bus..
Not good

Pre booked taxi for 4.25am and after a night of severe thunderstorms the whole of Pisa was literally flooded and at a standstill. Our taxi didn't show as arranged and despite two frantic calls to the call centre I was non the wiser about whether a taxi would be on its way(I don't speak Italian). However not long after our taxi arrived, very apologetic and despite how awful the weather was and how deep the flooding was (1 metre in many streets) our driver took every street and road to get us to the airport. We literally thought we would miss our flight and being in a B&B felt a little stranded - we even went to a local hotel to see if they could help - they couldn't reiterating that no taxis were operating.
Without the fabulous dedication of our driver we would have been stranded. He is an absolute credit to you and your company. Many, many thanks.

Worst service ever. Operator didn't speak good enough English to understand where I was so he just hung up. The next try, now with all the correct info, he just put me on hold then hung up again, evem though I told him it was an emergency. Had to walk 6km to the hospital!
Also most of the locals here told me they hope they close forever soon.
Do not rely on them!

The call center was extremely rude. They groaned at me obnoxiously for asking for english, then continued to cut me off from explaining my situation. They don't let you reserve in advance either. I highly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

Rudest call centre I have ever spoken with. I asked for a taxi to the station and she misheard and thought I said from the station. She then continued to talk over me and interrupt me telling me to wait wait wait and then hung up on me. The busses are good avoid this company at all costs
