Old hotel and staff, seems family run (which is ok) but wifi on and off, resto closed during our visit. Breakfast a bare minimum. Far from center (which is ok) but...with all the other negatives.... I suggest to look elsewhere. Old hotel = problem with curtains and electric window sliding thing. I was accused of breaking it; I didn't appreciate that!

Albergo accogliente e silenzioso. Curato e pulito senza esser pretenzioso a conduzione wuasi familiare

Ogni volta che vado a Perugia per Eurochocolate scelgo questo albergo! L' arredamento non è nuovo ma è molto pulito, ha una colazione a buffet davvero ricca, il personale è gentile e disponibile, offre un parcheggio gratuito (cosa davvero essenziale durante la festa), di fronte c'è la fermata del bus e la cucina del ristorante non è male. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo.

Rooms are clean, service is good (the main person speaks English), bath not so good (low water flow), reasonable walk distance from city center, about 15 min walk
