Bien que demandant à louer un véhicule 6 jours avant un week-end impossibilité de me répondre clairement sur la disponibilité ou non d'un vehicule avant la veille au soir !

Hertz un nome una garanzia. Conosco la Hertz in ambito professionale e da utente privato non ha smentito la sua qualità gestionale. Personale qualificato e preparato. Gestione del contratto trasparente. Per la mia esperienza (anche passata) il parco veicoli è aggiornato. Non ho mai avuto problemi.

Remains the best car rental for us. In Palermo, there are many rentals which are not always very reliable (we read in other reviews) but we knew that Hertz is always good. However, important, the insurance is really (really!) expensive. We took an external insurance which is good and cheap. So the combination of the good rental and this insurance company was perfect!

Great staff, we got upgraded to Fiat 500 convertible. It made our Italian holiday perfect!
