I use to visit this hotel very often for the pool and stay. Great food, roomy and clean room, and top service. Very relaxing environment, staffs were friendly and they were kind to my child which I count the most. My only wish to this place is to upgrade their mattress. Lol

We stayed a week at this luxurious hotel, enjoying the professional spa services, the thermal pools and the great restaurant. The room was large and nicely decorated with Louis XV style furniture. The modern bathroom was large with wall to wall marble everywhere. The professionally run spa area was large, offering many types of health and beauty services. There are three large thermal pools, one indoor and two outdoors. The beautiful landscaping, manicured vegetation and palm trees make the poolside very inviting. You don't have to reserve loungers around the pools as there are enough of them for everyone. The restaurant offers truly great Italian specialties at lunch and at dinner time. If for some reason the dish is not on the menu, don't be shy to have the amazing chefs make it for you. The breakfast buffet is packed with many types, of breads, cheeses, fresh fruites, cereals ...etc. After supper, you can meander to the bar area where live music and dancing happens every night.
I raise my hat to the guest relations manager, Paolo Tacchetto, who made sure our stay especially memorable. We are definitely thinking of coming back next year.
