Very friendly staff, nice location 20mins walk to private beach. Restaurant was not bad at all! Facilities are not very recent but sufficient for what you need. Overall all you need for a relaxing all inclusive relaxing stay.

Stunning views from the room.
Some of the staff were friendly. However it would seen that the management were only attentive towards the German guests which would appear to be the bread and butter of the business. Hotel certainly doesn't look as fresh as the photos. Dodgy wiring in rooms very weak WiFi, and no sorry but TV does not show international shows, all either fully Italian or Italian dubbed. Coffee and tea at breakfast was shockingly bad. So the charge for other menu teas and coffees ridiculous for a so called 4 star hotel. Dated appearance and pool tiles missing all over floor of pool and sharp edges were not welcome. Some of the management were rather smug and rude I noticed. And also limited help was offered save for a phone call or two on my behalf when my luggage had been lost on an unscheduled connection flight to Olbia. Breakfast was ok but eggs cold everyday and the chopped into 3 hot dog sausages are a very cheap sausage to use. Not good at all. As a chef of 24 years this is difficult not to mention. With a combined 45 years I'm the hotel industry myself and my partner were left underwhelmed by much the hotel had to offer. As I said before not all was bad far from it but much more effort must be made for ALL guests. Beds round pool very old and uncomfortable compared to other hotels. I used some cushions to help this but not ideal. Bedroom also was not cleaned every day. We suspected this after day 3 when my partner noticed the bed was actually not made just left the way she my partner had tidied it. This must have looked good enough for housekeeping. Walk to the beach is a rather unsightly broken up and often flooded and smelly dirt road and certainly not a beach front hotel as described. Close but not quite. As our flight had been cancelled by British airways we were stunned to see we had still been charged the full 10 days even though we only stayed 9 days. Very unaccommodating and not good practice. I remind the owners that we my partner and I are veterans of the industry at a very high level so we know what to expect and this is not it! 2 good staff members were the gentleman behind reception ( we did not get his name) and the young blonde girl behind bar. Also Giuseppe at breakfast and another man with longer black hair. The others I'm afraid were not particularly in our experience very friendly. Unless you were German you also.dont get a tour of hotel. Was it something we said???

Really nice place to spend your holiday. Staff is friendly, specially in the restaurant and helpful. Food is nice too. Hotel has a big garden, swimming pool, Jacuzzis and private beach. I would recommend just one thing that the air conditioning system in the room doesn't work properly and bathroom need a small upgrade. But overall, amazing place to spend your holiday. I would return back to this hotel.

Beautiful serine place with a very friendly staff. The beach is beautiful with amazing hiking trails. Love the pool & jacuzzi and the food in the restaurant was very delicious! I highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

The hotel doesn't have a private beach. They have a dozen of sun beds on a very very crowded public beach. Service /room very average.
