Very disappointing experience. Ordered pasta al forno which looked amazing, but arrived at our table lukewarm around the edges and stone cold in the middle. Waiter acknowledged it was cold and returned it to the kitchen where we could see it going into the microwave. Another waiter returned several minutes later with no apology and a lame reasoning that it's hard to serve hot baked pasta in a restaurant. We asked for our bill without receiving the reheated pasta and found that there was an automatic service charge which we questioned and again received a very lame excuse but it wasn't removed from the bill. Can't understand why this establishment has a reasonable rating by other diners.

I ate here 5 days ago and became very ill with severe food poisoning. I almost died. Doctors and medivac helicopters had to come to my hotel room and save me. I had their seafood pasta and broccoli gnocci. DO NOT EAT HERE, EVER! 😵🚫😵🚫👎👎👎
