Waited outside for 15 minutes after saying that we want to place an order. And nobody appears. The whole crew was still sitting inside and weren't bothered to serve.

The pizza was great, a real pizza from Naples. But the overall experience was bad. Firstly, I asked the manager to turn up the AC - which was set at 22degrees right on me, but he only played with the remote rather than doing something. Then, I waited over 45 minutes for the pizza, while tables around me, which ordered after me were served and even left already. When I asked where my pizza was, I was only told it was coming. So I waited. The owner, a lady did not saying anything while the younger boy was quite impolite and unfriendly. I won't be back.
