Non responsive. ... no English support. Waited 2 months for an estimate and 10 calls and 10 promises in English and italian but 4 months later I gave up. Asked to charge a 2 month old battery but sold me a new one for 200Euro. The worst Harley shop I have seen in 13 countries. Let a moped dealer work on or assist before going to this lame shop.
