We went there for a long weekend.
The rooms were not so good, mold, dust and the beds very uncomfortable. The service on the bar was very crappy if it even appeared. 2/4 elevators were out of service, this we had to water sometimes 5mibutes for the elevator which was packed so waiting again.....
We cannot judge the food or the conference rooms.
Also it seems we got the old, not renovated room they are advertising.

Honestly keeping only two elevators working while four can run, is just not NH standard I know. Everyone waits and complaints about getting to >20 floor. Be aware that you don’t need to use your key to lock the door, the door apparently locks by itself though I think any brute force will open it. The views are amazing but that’s pretty much it for this hotel

High rising tower with stunning view from upper floors. Bit run down design and rooms but good location. Maybe too expensive.

The stairs at the entrance are giving some problems to stroller &c. . The location is awesome, as the view from the higher floors, but the hotel lacks that touch of modernity that would make it deserve 4stars. On the other hand the ex jolly hotel made the history in Naples for the last 40years I believe.

Be aware this is NOT a 4 stars. Check-out the DISGUSTING and broken toilet in the picture. The shower was broken as well and all the water was going out resulting in a bathroom full of water everywhere. This is not only in our room but also the one of my parents...
It is unbelievable that this hotel is still rated a 4 stars. It should be a 2 or maybe 3 stars top max. The only good thing was the view.
