3rd floor is a neat retro build. Mattresses are rather hard but room is clean and comfortable and priced right.

Just passing by the garden by 18:15 ... Cannot serve a portion of cheese with a beer. The only thing you can get with a coffee is a pack of french fries. The waiter should learn what flexibility means .. should not be difficult to get something to eat and go. The garden is full of mosquitos and smell bad due to the sewer puts unfotunately.

Very close to the A1 motorway, near the industrial area in Campogalliano. From the hotel it's very easy to get to Modena and to Bologna. The prices are quite cheap, the parking area is outdoor, safe and very big, the breakfast is rich and quite good, the gym is quite small, the rooms are clean and silent. Some rooms at the ground floor (numbers from 20 to 30) are better than the other ones. The staff people are nice. The restaurant is quite good.

Near autoroute. Very Good staff. Very Very Good restaurant, with a particular attention to zero km raw material.
