Good location and comfortable stay. Staff are super helpful and accommodating. Just a little disappointed the shower was one in a bath as opposed to a proper shower

This was a really nice stay, don't be fooled by the drab exterior of the hotel, inside the rooms are very fancy. Had this hotel not been in Italy I would say too fancy, but it seemed fitting to the location. Staff were very friendly and helpful and although not *that* centrally located, there is a lovely park nearby and the walk into town isn't too bad.

Beautiful hotel with Renaissance-style rooms. Definitely feels like a 5-star hotel. It's not right in the middle of Milan, but is only about a 15-min walk from some sights. Some of the staff is a little difficult to communicate with, if you don't know Italian, but they are friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay while visiting Milan. Got in early evening for only one night while on our way down to Rome from the Lake Como area.
Got a nice room upgrade as a result of our high status with SPG. It did take a bit of time to cool the room down due to the heat outside. Staff were very friendly and helpful as well as spoke English. Always a nice perk! Bar and restaurant area look very European.
Breakfast in the morning on the 1st level mezzanine terrace was wonderful. Nice selection of items to select from. Would absolutely come back again.

A very nice place to stay. I was going to give 4 stars but gave 5 stars due to the effort of one of their staff members Giovanni. Emirates had let us down with a transfer to the airport but Giovanni rang them and insisted they pick us up. Well done Giovanni, a very nice man and went over and above for his customers.
