No room available despite booking due to 'flood'? No notice in advance despite checking in at 11pm. Relocated to hotel 20mins away. Appalling.

Nice place to stay. All facilities, good rooms, nice service and awesome and generous breakfast included. 2 minuts to subway station, 2 minutes to train station. Near is downtown. Few good restorants near hotel. A good choice of night clubs right next to the hotel. The city center in 30 minutes walk or 18 minutes by subway. Awesome location!

One of the best hotels in Milan with a great hotel bar and location in the city. The rooms are bigger than average. Only thing that was difficult was the shower didn't fully close due to the design but it was more than manageable

Only stayed for one night but really impressed. Nice room, and the staff were very accommodating, even providing a takeaway breakfast because we had to leave early. Easy location for the train station and an easy walk to the city's main attractions.
