Avoid this hotel at any cost. Some of the stuff are very rude and have no common courtesy. They wanna take every penny of you for example they said my cousin had to pay city tax who is a Italian citizen. Tried to force me to pay €15 for the city tax, guess what after arguing they said it's fine you don't need to pay. They ONLY I mean ONLY accept passport id. The price of food and drink is ridiculously stupid for example a small water bottle is €4 each but in the normal supermarket each bottle is like 50cent. The hotel is middle of no where with not a single shop around.

There is a room service delivery charge of 6 Euro but not written anywhere except the very last page of the menu, which I and some of my colleagues find it obscure. I have no problem with extra charge, but I believe it should be transparent, shouldn't be a surprise when customers receive their bill.
I brought this up with the hotel manager, I made a suggestion that this should be more clear and perhaps make customers aware of the charge when ordering. People don't normally go through the entire menu when what they want to order is in the first few pages. Her response was "this is not a menu, you should have read the entire booklet". When I expressed I am not the only person find this obscure, her response was "no one ever complaint about it, only you."
It is pointless to discuss any further, the attitude of this manager is horrendous and rude. The idea of feedback is to make them aware there is an issue, but the responses do not indicate she cares or will make any changes.
Given the experience, I will not recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

Really nice hotel! Welcoming staff! The pool was nice. The location is not the best but the tram outside makes it easier to fins the center.

The room was clean and very modern. The hotel staff were all very helpful and friendly. After I checked out, I left my bag with them and explored Milan. When I came back, they were even kind enough to let me use the shower in the spa to freshen up even though I had already checked out!
