床单都是毛絮，酒店门牌太小一开始根本找不到，然后插头是坏的电话也是坏的，还没有足够热的水！不过服务真的不错在我一遍一遍提出问题他们都及时帮我处理了。
First of all, I booked a regular room, if you have the higher level,maybe just ignore my evaluation.
IN my opinion, it's NOT EVEN CLOSE to a FOUR stars hotel. The bed sheets and covers were woolly. The service changes me to a new room that's make me happy. But the second room were dissatisfied too. The plug were broken and there isn't enough hot water for 15mins shower. When I want to call room service, I found the telephone broke too! So for myself, it's a disappointed experience in that hotel.
By the way, the service is nice, when I have some problems they help me immediately. Also they allow me to deposit my luggage more than a hole day.❤️
But still a BAD hotel !!!!!

Its a great hotel and the staff were the nicest people we experianced in Milan throughout our trip to Milan! The whole trip!!! These guys are super nice.
The bed was pretty comfy but could be a bit softer. Everything in the room was good and space was nice cor the room size.
i do wish the room could go cooler but its an old AC system so its dated and gets very hot and sleeps are not the nicest when you sweat during the night plus your tired the next day from waking more often due to the heat!
No hot chocolate or milk in the room for tea or coffee! So may need to ask or buy your own from the supermarket down the road.
Location is great and you really are less then 1 min from the M5 metro station line! Its just outside the front door! So getting around is rather easy and easy,
Breakfast is nice and basic but it does if your not a big eater in the mornings and coffee is always offered everyday and tea,
I ended up fixing the bath plug as the water would not drain well so i got the adjustment fitting adjusted and then after that water was leaving the bath very nicely lol, If i can fix it myself i sure will do!!!

Good location, the rooms need some renovation. Other than that is serviceable, clean and the staff is friendly.

Great value for money with incredibly polite and helpful staff. It's in good location with the metro station right in front of you. The breakfast is pretty basic

The place is nice.... but there is something missing in the hospitality. The rooms are not really up to standard. The housekeeping is average. The location is not too good for a short visit to Milano.
